In 1990, a dream began as a small one-person consultancy. Over time and tireless dedication, in 2007 we became a Corporation, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
Under the visionary leadership of Vicente Ramírez González, a university professor with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham (England), our consultancy has grown and strengthened. Vicente, with his vast experience in public institutions and private companies, has been the pillar that has guided our path to success.
In 1998, we began to expand our borders, establishing strategic alliances with consultancies in the United Kingdom, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil. These collaborations allowed us to offer specialized services in restructuring, financial technical assistance and management systems to private companies and public institutions, including governorships and municipalities.
Today, our consultancy is proud to offer a comprehensive advisory service to private companies, public institutions and international organizations. We adapt to an increasingly competitive and constantly changing market, responding with innovation and continuous renewal.
Since 2022, we have the Unique Entity ID (UEID), which allows us to register as suppliers internationally, guaranteeing a standard of quality and reliability.

In the public sector, Vicente Ramirez has held prominent positions such as Director General of Economic Studies at the Ministry of Finance, Paraguay's Representative in technical meetings of the Macroeconomic Coordination Group of the Mercosur Treaty, Full Member of the Board of the National Securities Commission and Director General of Tax Audit at the Ministry of Finance.
In the private sector, he has played key roles as Manager and Financial Advisor for local and international companies, as well as Financial Manager of the Paraguayan Retirement and Pension Fund of the Personnel of Itaipu Binacional (CAJUBI), a position from which he retired.
Juan Vicente Fruet
Associate Consultant
Juan Vicente Fruet is a professional with more than 40 years of experience in economics and finance, standing out as an international financial specialist for institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the European Union. With a PhD in Business Economics and an MBA, he has collaborated on development and restructuring projects in Latin America and Eastern Europe.
He is a professor at the University of Córdoba, Spain, and a visiting professor at prestigious universities in Europe and Latin America. His extensive knowledge in financial analysis and economic development is complemented by a solid teaching career and publications in scientific journals, providing an analytical and in-depth approach to the Consulting Team.
